Zainab Alert can be used by individuals across the four provinces of Pakistan so that we can keep our children safer, together.
The app is easy to use and can be installed on any smartphone. It is completely secure, and any information you provide will remain confidential at all times. Your info is only shared with the relevant law enforcement authorities to ensure that your case gets the attention it deserves.

As you open the app, you will see a Sign In screen. Select the language you want to use; the app is only available is Sindhi, Urdu, and English for now. Below that, you will see sign-in info, please select your location, enter your name, city and phone number to proceed. Once we have this info, we’ll SMS you a four-digit OTP (One-Time Password) that helps further secure the app and confirms that the info you put in was correct.

Enter this password to proceed to the next screen. Now, here you’ll see some essential directives for using the app. Make sure you read through these carefully, then click Next to continue. On this screen, you can report the missing child along with the relevant information of the father/guardian.

It is imperative that you provide us with as much information regarding the missing child, as possible. The app will ask you for the child’s age, name, gender, B form number as well as ID for the child’s father/guardian.

Next, you’ll have to give the address and contact information.

And finally, an incident report will have to be filed. Please give us detailed information about the case. How and when did you find out the child was missing? What were the circumstances that led to the incident? When was the child seen for the last time? These and all other details could be extremely important for the case.

Once we have this information, the app will alert all authorities, and a nationwide search for the child will ensue. Resources will be put on the case to help recover the child as quickly as possible. We’ll get in touch with the child’s family to keep them updated about the progress.
